WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
We provide meet and greet and curbside pick-up. Our driver can meet you down by the escalator with the sign and will escort you to our luxury sedan or limousine. We require our drivers to be by the escalator 10 minutes prior to wheels down. Parking for this service is minimum $ 5.00.

Our curbside pick up is very popular with our business clients, to minimize time, you can call us when you get off the plane and provide the dispatcher with the confirmation number, by the time you come down to the terminal, your car will be waiting for you right outside the door. This usually saves 15 to 20 minutes of your time, trying to get out of the Airport. There is no parking charge for this service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED, DO I GET CHARGE FOR WAITING TIME?
Never. We monitor your flight and in constant communication with your driver. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will always be there waiting for you. You will never wait for the driver. This is our guarantee.

CAN I RENT A SEDAN OR LIMO FOR 1 HOUR?

Sorry, our minimum for sedan is 3 hours, and for limousine is 6 hours. Minimum varies depending on your destination. Please call 610-659-8513 for details.

DO YOU SERVICE OUTSIDE OF PHILADELPHIA?
We provide point to point service to and from any city in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey,Massachusetts, Delaware, Washington DC & Virginia.

Over the years we have developed strong relationships with the Hotels in Philadelphia. Just ask the hotel's concierge or bellman for a vehicle from Corporate Sedan Service or simply call 610-659-8513. We will have a luxury sedan or limousine at your hotel within 30 minutes.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATION FOR SAME DAY SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT?
Our fleet size and our network of affiliates, allow us the flexibility to accommodate your last minute request. If you call us from any city, before boarding, we will have a car waiting for you at Philadelphia Airport.

ARE YOU REGISTERED AND INSURED?
We are registered with PA PUC ( Public Utility Commission ) and also with PPA ( Philadelphia Parking Authority ) We are fully insured required by law.

DO YOU HAVE NON- SMOKING CARS?
Most of our cars are non- smoking. If you are a smoker, you can request smoking car.

HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATION?
You can Fax or E-mail us your request, or call us at 610-659-8513. We will fax you your confirmation.

CAN I PREPAY SO OUR GUESTS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY?
You can prepay the fare, gratuity and tolls so your client would not have to pay anything. We will require you to fax us the authorization for the service we are providing with the credit card number.
